        [摘要]龐代文教授研究組在利用活細胞可控合成熒光納米材料領域的最新研究成果在ACS Nano雜志正式發表。通過培養金黃色葡萄球菌,幾乎可以讓每個細菌都變成“耀眼”的“信號燈”,由于細胞表面天然表達能夠與抗體Fc端識別的蛋白A,因此無需對其進行表面修飾,即可得到高靈敏的熒光標記抗體靶向探針,利用這種熒光標記的抗體靶向納米生物探針,成功實現了對禽流感病毒H9N2的檢測,可檢測的最低濃度為8.9 ng/mL。
